People join a customer’s list only through that customer’s own signup forms. Purchased, rented and scraped lists are not allowed, and neither is cold outreach.
Every marketing email carries a personal unsubscribe link. Clicking it unsubscribes the reader straight away, with no login and no form to fill in.
A permanent bounce marks the address as bounced, and a spam complaint unsubscribes the person who made it. Broadcasts and sequences go only to active subscribers, so neither address is mailed again.
Customers send only from their own domain. Before their first email goes out, they verify it by adding the DKIM records shown in their workspace, so every message is signed by the domain it comes from.
Each customer’s subscribers, emails and results live in their own workspace and are never shared with another customer.
