Refund Policy

At Zicstack Innovations ("we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to providing high-quality website strategy and development services. Due to the nature of our work, we enforce a strict refund policy. Please review the following conditions before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only granted if Zicstack Innovations fails to deliver the agreed-upon services.
  • No refunds will be issued once work has commenced, including strategy development, design, or implementation.
  • If a project is delayed or terminated due to a client’s failure to provide necessary information, no refund will be given.
  • Changes in business direction or personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund.

2. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, submit a request by emailingsupport@zicstack.prowithin 7 days of project completion. Please provide a detailed explanation of your concerns. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

3. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. The amount will be returned via the original payment method. Zicstack Innovations is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Completed strategy sessions and consultations.
  • Custom design and development work that has been delivered.
  • Third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client.
  • Hosting, domain purchases, or other external services arranged by the client.

5. Service Modifications

Instead of a refund, we may offer service modifications or revisions to address concerns, at our discretion.
