All content, strategies, and deliverables provided by Zicstack Innovations remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon completion and full payment, clients gain ownership rights to their website, branding materials, and other agreed-upon deliverables.
Zicstack Innovations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms, engages in unethical behavior, or fails to make timely payments.
