  • Transactional Data: Payment details (processed securely via third-party payment providers).

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share your information with:

  • Trusted service providers who assist in delivering our services (e.g., payment processors, hosting services).
  • Legal authorities when required by law.
  • Third-party analytics providers to improve our website performance.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc., only on pages our ads link to and only if you accept Marketing cookies: the Meta Pixel reports that the page loaded and whether an application was sent, so Meta can measure our ads. It does not receive what you type into a form.

Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience, analyze traffic, and provide personalized content. By using our site, you consent to our use of cookies. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

We may update this policy periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updates.

9. Instagram Auto-Reply Service

We run an Instagram service, the "Zicstack Autoreply" app, that sends an automatic direct message when someone comments a chosen keyword on a post from a connected Instagram professional account. This section explains what that service handles.

  • Connected accounts: For each Instagram professional account a business connects, we store its Instagram user ID, its username, and the access token Instagram issues, with that token's issue and expiry dates. We use the token only to send the replies the account owner has set up, and we renew it before it expires.
  • People who comment: When someone comments on a connected account's post, Instagram sends us the comment, the post it belongs to, and who wrote it. We check the comment against the account's keywords and then discard the comment text and the commenter's identity. For a comment that matches, we keep only the comment's ID and whether our reply succeeded, for 30 days, so nobody is messaged twice for the same comment. Our service logs record comment and post IDs, never comment text or who wrote it.
  • Messages we send: A matching comment gets one private reply and, if the account owner has set one up, a short public reply under the comment. The service does not read the account's inbox.
  • Storage and sharing: This data is kept on a server we operate, and backed up nightly to Cloudflare R2, where it is encrypted at rest and each backup is deleted after 30 days. We do not sell it or share it with anyone other than Meta, which delivers the messages.

Deleting your data

Removing "Zicstack Autoreply" from Instagram (Settings, then Apps and websites) stops our access immediately. To have us delete what we hold about a connected account or a comment, emailsupport@zicstack.cowith the Instagram username involved. We delete it from our server within 30 days of your request, and the last backups containing it expire 30 days after that.
